Who can invest?
Anyone who can pass KYC. We support 142 countries. US investors must self-certify as accredited for some deals (Reg D 506(c)). EU and rest-of-world: most deals open.
What's the minimum check size?
$500 for retail tier deals. $5,000 for premium deals. $25,000 for strategic round access.
How are deals vetted?
Our team requires: (1) audit by Certik/Hacken/OpenZeppelin, (2) doxxed team, (3) working product or testnet, (4) legal entity, (5) tokenomics review. ~3% acceptance rate.
What about vesting?
All deals have on-chain vesting (smart contract enforced). Typical: 10% TGE unlock, 6-month cliff, 18-month linear. Your dashboard shows next-unlock countdown live.
What if a project fails?
If milestones aren't hit, escrow funds return to investors. We don't guarantee returns, but the multisig structure means project teams can't disappear with the raise.
